We used to think that lifestyle disease was limited to conditions like diabetes or hypertension. Now we know that unhealthy lifestyles cause many diseases.
Our world is changing. Both health care professionals & patients are challenging traditional recommendations for how we eat, live, & manage illness.
After working in health care for more than 20 years this is my list of what makes for a healthy lifestyle. I know you're expecting nutrition & exercise. But what about community, creativity, & the environment? Yep - they made my list.
